If you are just beginning your journey, you are coming back from an injury, or you prefer more focused, one-on-one workouts, I offer personal training in my private studio in Prarie Village/Overland Park, KS.
If you have a tight schedule, I also offer private In-Home or In-Office workouts. I travel to your location, base your workout on the space, and provide any equipment necessary. Of course, if you have equipment available, we can add it to your workouts.
I have several openings for my private studio and In-home appointments Monday through Friday, 9 am to 8 pm. Contact me for available times.
When we begin working together, whether online or in person, you’ll go through an complete assessment that includes your health history, body composition, current fitness level, and lifestyle.
First we’ll work to correct imbalances in your movement patterns.
Next, I’ll utilize a mix of movements and movement styles to create workout sessions that follow the ebb & flow of your life while maintaining your forward progression.
Depending on your current fitness level, goals, and interests, your workouts will be made up of functional movements, traditional strength movements, short burst cardio intervals, core work, and flexibility.
Of course, all of your movements can be modified to get you the greatest and safest results.
Together, we’ll set realistic and reachable goals so that you can progress gradually and consistently.
Based on your progress, your workout will change each time you train. This keeps your program fresh and challenging.
Having a bad day or feeling a little aggression? We might add kickboxing or medicine ball drills to your workout.
Energy level a bit lower? We might focus on core and flexibility.
I’ll never push you past what you can do, but I will always encourage you to go just beyond what you think you can do.
You will begin to see and to believe that you can do more than you have ever thought possible!
