Ok, now I know sizing may be made to make women feel better....but I tried on a size 4 Levis jeans this morning.. I have Never in my life tried that size on... let alone buy size small shirts. thank you so much for everything!!!! Funny, I didn't even start this process to really lose weight, I just wanted to feel good. Now I have both.

I’ve worked as a personal trainer and nutrition coach for more than half of my life, and I can’t imagine doing anything else. I believe that our food is the foundation of our health, and getting your's right is the key to freedom.

Before working with Diane on my diet I had a lot of trouble keeping my blood sugar from dropping. I'm a college softball pitcher and most days I had to pitch feeling tired and weak because I had no idea how to fuel my body.

In late summer 2016, I felt my health was rapidly declining; I had pain in all areas of my body. I am 60 years old, average weight female, I have osteoarthritis in one knee and symptoms of fibromyalgia throughout my arms, shoulders, back and thighs. Most every day I felt like someone had beaten me with a baseball bat. .
By the end of month two of working with Diane, I was feeling better, my muscular aches where beginning to subside, I was experiencing some weight loss, a few pounds.

I absolutely love Diane's online fitness training! The improvements that I have seen with the workouts are incredible and I absolutely love the camaraderie of the group! I love that I can do the workouts when they fit into my schedule, I can do them from my own home or anywhere I happen to be that day, and that it is totally adjustable to anyone's individual fitness level! Getting and staying in shape is never easy and can be even more daunting if you are over 50. I'm delighted with how much stronger I feel and it's becoming obvious that I'm also healthier! I not only feel it but I'm seeing it. It's amazing! This group makes it easy by providing great support while Diane designs excellent workouts for us three times a week. Worried you won't be able to do something? Not a problem. I've been there! Diane helps with modifications as needed. The results make all the time and effort well worth it!

We have been working out with Diane for a little over a year and a half. I am 53 years old, and I have lost a little over 40 lbs. (currently weighing 203.7 lbs.), and wearing a size 33 or 34 pants comfortably.
Most importantly, I am no longer on blood pressure medication, I no longer have acid reflux, I have no problem getting a good breath while I am sitting in my chair, and my wife says I no longer snore.
I highly recommend Diane for a trainer. She has done a great job of pushing me, within reason, to help me get back in shape. Thus, allowing me to enjoy a higher quality of life! She is awesome,

Thank you for everything you have done to help change my life. It has almost been 4 months since we started working together. Starting with being aware of the foods that affect my health. As you know I was very surprised at which foods I've been eating all my life affecting my health.
Since I started following your advice my aches and pains are better, I have more energy, I have lost weight without really trying, and my Doctor is impressed by the improvements in my Labs.
